Mr. and Mrs. Mark Owens of Jackson announce the birth of their son, Aiden Christopher Owens, who was born Aug. 17, 2008, at Northwest Regional Medical Center in Clarksdale. He weighed 7 pounds, 15 1/4 ounces, and was 21 inches long.
His maternal grandparents are Frederick Sykes of Aberdeen and Cynthia Reed of Greenwood.
