Mr. and Mrs. Shane Sanders of Minter City announce the birth of their son, Alex Lane Sanders, who was born Sept. 22, 2008, at Greenwood Leflore Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce, and was 19 1/2 inches long.
His maternal grandparents are Cindy Sivley and Jimmy Sivley, both of Jonesboro, Ark.
