Mr. and Mrs. Powell Litton of Clarksdale announce the birth of their son, William Powell Litton IV, who was born Sept. 15, 2008, in Memphis, Tenn. He weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces, and was 20 inches long.
His maternal grandparents are Michelle Dow of Dallas, Bill Allen of Anchorage, Alaska, and Mr. and Mrs. Rolin Dow of Fairbanks, Alaska.
His paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Bill Litton of Greenwood.
Mrs. Litton is the former Wendi Dow of Anchorage.
