Bank of Commerce in Greenwood has announced a merger with Holmes County Bank.
The merger, announced Thursday, will give Bank of Commerce a total of 15 locations across north and central Mississippi.
The merger is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of this year, a release from the two institutions said.
