Greenwood Utilities opened a kiosk Tuesday that will be open around the clock for its customers. The kiosk, located at 101 Wright Place, accepts payments by cash or card. Finnegan said the kiosk was a year in the making. “There’s been a lot of thought that went into short cars, large trucks. We want this to be a good experience for all of our customers,” he said at the ribbon cutting ceremony held by the chamber.
