The majority owner of Express Grain Terminals is denying that he breached an agreement that he would have to pay back loans if the company failed to do so.
Dr. Michael Coleman was sued by UMB Bank of Kansas City, Missouri, in August. The lawsuit was filed in federal district court for the Western District of Missouri.
