The city of Greenwood is proposing a series of changes to help address the problem of neglected properties.
Thomas Gregory, the city’s chief administrative officer, told the Greenwood City Council on Tuesday that the goal is to identify properties that have problems and “abate the menace before the property becomes dilapidated.”
