CARROLLTON - It's the same old story for users of the Boyd Water System, which operates out of the town of North Carrollton -they're being asked to conserve water this summer, and already there have been several outages.
Mayor Sarah Grantham has issued the request to Boyd customers. "No yard or garden watering, please," she said.
