Leflore County’s jobless rate fell to 11.6 percent in October, the lowest it’s been in six months, according to figures released today by the Mississippi Department of Employment Security.
The October rate not only was better than the September rate of 12.9 percent but also was better than the October 2011 rate of 13.1 percent.
