A former officer with Greenwood Utilities has filed a federal lawsuit against the municipally owned utility claiming racial discrimination.
Jesse L. Ross Jr., formerly the utility’s senior vice president of engineering and construction, filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Greenville on Tuesday.
