More than 200 people are expected to take on Leflore County's No. 1 killer Saturday morning.
The 13th annual Heart Walk, sponsored by the Mississippi Delta Heart Association, will start at 9 a.m. outside the Greenwood Leflore Hospital.
"I would encourage everyone to come out," said Gay Smith, regional director.
