Plans for walking tracks and parks are under way for eight Leflore County communities.
County council members of the non-profit Communities of Opportunity, a branch of the Foundation for the Mid South, has proposed the project. "The foundation told us to think of something everyone could enjoy," said Carolyn Branch, council member.
