Tom Hood is on a mission to explain the rights of Mississippi citizens when it comes to their elected officials.
Hood, a lawyer of Jackson, traveled recently in the Delta with Mississippi Ethics Commissioner Anjuan Brown.
Not many people file complaints in the Delta, largely because of ignorance, according to Brown.
