Tracey Mullins has rolled up her sleeves to shore up the health care in the Delta.
Mullins started work at the Itta Bena Clinic in April to fill in for someone on the staff. Since then, she has realized the depth of medical need in the Delta.
"They need somebody here, and I see the need every day when I come here," she said.
