The former Clint Williams Co. peanut buying point has been purchased by a Virginia peanut processing company.
Birdsong Peanuts, a peanut company based in Suffolk, Virginia, was the highest bidder for the buying point and warehouse in the Greenwood-Leflore Industrial Park.
