Miss Rachel Laura Eberhard and Mr. James Brewer Upshaw were united in marriage on Friday, Oct. 1, 2021, at 5 p.m. in a beautiful courtyard ceremony at the historic New Orleans Board of Trade in New Orleans. The ceremony was officiated by the bride’s uncle, the Honorable Lewis O. Sams of Coushatta, Louisiana.
