A Greenwood minister is expecting a volunteer effort he heads to distribute as many as 2,000 meals to the needy prior to Thanksgiving.
It is an annual event for Dr. Montrell Greene, pastor of Sycamore Street Church of Christ. He has collaborated with volunteers, organizations and other churches to deliver hot meals for those in need.
