Sens. David Jordan, D-Greenwood, and Lydia Chassaniol, R-Winona, led the state Senate’s presentation Tuesday of a resolution to Mississippi Valley State University President Jerryl Briggs Sr., honoring the 75th anniversary of the university, on “Green and White Day” at the Capitol.
