The town was awarded a $257,000 grant to install a new drainage culvert, compete with concrete sidewalls and white rock. The brick walls, which are being paid for through separate funding, are the final touch. “This brick wall is a great addition, and the brick matches our welcome signs,” said North Carrollton Mayor Ken Strachan.
