An Itta Bena resident says long-term water damage to his property’s floors has caused a host of problems, including rats and a snake.
David Holts Sr., 80, told the Board of Aldermen on Tuesday that his property at 200 Thurman St. is still feeling the effects of a flooding incident from 2022.
