Amanda Elzy High School teacher and instructional coach Areka Watkins, in front, organized a crucifixion-themed walk in downtown Greenwood Friday with Elzy 11th graders. The students walked down Howard Street and then crossed Keesler Bridge. Gospel music played throughout with pauses for students to read Scripture.
