Littering remains a problem in Greenwood, and for one particular city official, it has gotten more problematic.
“The littering in town has just gotten worse in my opinion,” Mayor Carolyn McAdams said.
Littering was one of the topics McAdams brought up during her mayor’s report at Tuesday’s City Council meeting.
