Two vehicles collided on U.S. 82 near the Landing Convenience Store and McDonald’s Tuesday afternoon.
Two females were involved, and one was transported to Greenwood Leflore Hospital by a MedStat ambulance.
A white Ford pickup truck apparently suffered minimal damage to the front bumper as a result of the 3:45 p.m. accident.
A blue Chevrolet Cobalt, though, was not so lucky, with the complete front end of the car being crushed.
Both airbags deployed in the vehicle, the windshield was shattered, several items were strewn throughout the interior of the vehicle and various motor fluids were leaking from underneath the car all over the road.
