A Marine Corps veteran from Greenwood has been walking through downtown while carrying a large American flag.
“I’m doing it because Americans need to stand up behind America, and Americans need to stand up behind the flag,” said Edward Johnson, who has been carrying the flag downtown three times a week for about three months.
