Three candidates with varied skill sets are vying to fill the soon-to-be-empty mayoral seat in Itta Bena.
The current mayor, J.D. Brasel, is not seeking another term. Three citizens — Reginald Freeman, Henry Purnell and Patricia Young — have been campaigning and talking with residents to try to earn their vote.
