Bank of Commerce, through its parent company Commerce Bancorp Inc., and Holmes County Bank, throught its parent Holmes County, Corp., have announced the completion of their merger.
The combined bank has 16 branches across north and central Mississippi and more than $1.1 billion in total assets.
