Leflore County’s overall tax assessments increased significantly this year despite a reduction in personal property taxes.
Tax Assessor Leroy Ware addressed the Board of Supervisors during a meeting Monday, presenting the annual update of the county’s tax rolls and comparing them to the previous year.
