When Joey Horne saw the glow in skies over Mississippi Highway 7 South, he knew it was no light at the end of the tunnel.
It was his business.
However, the fire, which possibly sparked electrically in a building some 60 years old, turned out to be the first street lamp on a new road to a new start for Horne Body Shop.
