A number of residents in Itta Bena remain without power, days after an ice storm swept through Mississippi.
Ryan Stanley, a lifelong Itta Bena resident, and his mother have been without power for 11 days. Groceries that were bought before the storm have spoiled, as they have dealt with darkness and cold nights.
