It was a tight District 2-4A game late into the fourth quarter at Gordon Field in Carrollton. Carroll Academy was down seven points with a little over four minutes remaining in the game, when a key pass interference call was made on a Winston Academy cornerback, bringing the Rebels to the nine yard line.
