John Coleman’s trial on state charges of fraud has been scheduled for Aug. 9, following the granting of a continuance.
The date, though, could conflict with another trial the president of the bankrupt Express Grain Terminals LLC is facing. Coleman’s trial on federal charges is set for Aug. 14.
