JACKSON - Mississippi university students and the parents who often pay their bills will have to wait a little longer to see if they'll spend more money on tuition this fall.
The state College Board's finance committee scheduled a meeting Thursday to discuss tuition hikes aimed at offsetting rising utility bills and other costs.
