Allison Faulkner was a bundle of energy.
“She was a firecracker. She was lightning in a bottle. She was so energetic, so talented,” said friend Judy Nail.
Mrs. Faulkner, 40, the director of marketing and communications at Greenwood Leflore Hospital, was found dead in her office Wednesday, the victim of an apparent heart attack.
