LEXINGTON — “If you build it, he will come” is the central premise of the 1989 movie “Field of Dreams,” but community activist Warren Hallmon also has dreams for a long-neglected baseball field in Lexington.
Since early May, Hallmon, 49, has been hard at work getting the field back into shape.
