Greenwood City Councilman David Jordan expressed concern Tuesday that he was not invited to a meeting last week regarding Delta Correctional Facility.
The prison employs 241 workers, and city and county officials have been scrambling since Thursday to avert its closing, which is scheduled for Jan. 15.
