A fugitive from Nashville, Tenn., who had evaded capture for two years was arrested single-handedly by Itta Bena Police Chief Robert Kirklin Thursday morning.
Charlie Caradine, 33, 301 Sunflower Road, Apt. 33B, Itta Bena, has been charged with credit card fraud and two counts of theft of property.
