Greenwood finished 2011 with a $336,000 surplus in its budget, and Mayor Carolyn McAdams said that figure could even be larger.
“That’s our unaudited surplus. The year before, 2010, we had a surplus of $453,000; that was an audited surplus,” McAdams said.
