The city of Greenwood and Leflore County will soon replace their aging National Warning System party-line telephone network with a new digital system, which will save money.
T.W. Cooper, executive director of the Greenwood-Leflore Emergency Management Agency, discussed the changes at Tuesday’s Greenwood City Council meeting.
