Officials: Citywide effort needed to combat crime

Concerned citizens and Greenwood officials came together Wednesday night to discuss how to stop crime.

“If something happens in any section, one street, in Greenwood, it’s not that so much as it happened in Greenwood, Mississippi,” state Sen. David Jordan said. “Our good name has to be protected in every segment of the city.”
