With another round of bone-chilling weather set to descend upon Leflore County tonight, officials are weighing whether to open the Leflore County Civic Center again as an emergency shelter.
“I’m going back and forth based upon these temperature readings,” said Troy Brown, director of the Greenwood-Leflore Emergency Management Agency.
