While Saturday’s 63rd annual Mississippi Valley State University commencement exercise may have been held off campus, the program still brought with it the usual cheers, tears,, hugs and promise of brighter future.
The exercise was held at the Leflore County Civic Center due to ongoing construction at Valley’s HPER complex.
