Car club to hold show

Car, motorcycle and truck collectors from across the Mid-South will be coming to Greenwood on Saturday for the Mid-Delta Corvette Club’s second Car, Motorcycle and Truck Show.

The show will be from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Whittington Park. It is open to all clubs and individuals, said Robert Williams, the club’s activity director.

The Greenwood Commonwealth expanded its newsroom in 2025 by adding Gerard Edic as a reporter covering public safety and other stories of interest to the community.

His position is partially funded by a two-year grant from Report for America, a national nonprofit. Generous supporters in the community donated the matching funds in the first year. We are now raising funds for Year 2.
