Greenwood officials are expecting smooth sailing with the city’s proposed $25 million 2016 budget, which contains no tax increases.
At a public hearing Tuesday, no one spoke in favor of or against the budget.
“Anytime that you don’t show a tax increase, there really is no reason to appear,” Mayor Carolyn McAdams said.
