For a long time, Terri Jo Banks dreamed of opening her own restaurant.
Now, with the opening of Delta Greens, she’s getting her chance.
Banks, who has worked in education for 10 years, said she has always liked the restaurant industry and saw a need for a place that provided healthier food options.
