A 19-year-old woman arrested by Greenwood police officers for shooting at dogs earlier this week says authorities nabbed the wrong person.
"I did not shoot at the dogs," said Sindey Edwards of 909 Howard St. "But the dogs are terrible around here."
She'll tell her story again to a judge in municipal court on Jan. 30.
