The progression of spring is evident in Claudia White’s garden: Azaleas in bloom in the background, next the iris, then daylilies will bloom, followed by shasta daisies and other warm-weather perennials. The pots will be filled when it’s warm enough for tender annuals to be out with “the thriller, the filler and the spiller.”
