Dr. William Bynum will leave Itta Bena and Mississippi Valley State University for the state capital and Jackson State, official July 1.
“It was a tough, tough decision,” Bynum said. “As I’ve told people, it’s bittersweet. Definitely good work has been done the past four years at Valley.”
