Leflore County Judge Solomon Osborne says if more money isn't spent on the Juvenile Detention Center, the county runs the risk of being sued.
"We're sitting on a powder keg," Osborne, who oversees the center, told supervisors Friday.
The board was meeting to discuss the county's budget for the fiscal year that begins Oct. 1.
