The legal guardian of a pre-kindergarten student at Claudine Brown Elementary School has sworn out an affidavit against the child’s teacher alleging simple assault.
Ruby Givens, who is A’vonna Townsend’s great-aunt, claims that the 5-year-old has been paddled five times since school began Aug. 6.
