After a five-year break, Greenwood will have a balloon festival again in 2009.
The event is scheduled for June 18-20 in Whittington Park.
“I’m full speed ahead with this thing,” David Elmore, who is spearheading the effort, said Tuesday evening. “But after the first of the year, I’m going to hit it full force.”
